How to prepare the lemon and ginger infusion
Wash your ginger root and make thin slices or grate it. Bring water to a boil, add the ginger and cook for 10 minutes. Cut the lemon in slices, turns off the stove, add them to the water with ginger and cover with a lid. Let it sit until the water is lukewarm. Use a strainer to filter, squeeze the other lemon half and add to the infusion. Sweeten with honey and add some extra lemon slices as a garnish.
