There are two types of people in this world, those who enjoy doing math and those who would rather avoid it. I’m sure that you made up your mind about which group you fill in when you went to school.

As parents, however, we don’t have the opportunity to stop doing math altogether. With our children in school, we sometimes find ourselves in situations where we remember very clearly why we disliked the subject while we were in school.

We have some of those situations for you below, and you will want to look at every one. You may not be able to get the answers, but you sure will appreciate how frustrating it must have been for the parent who had to deal with this at home.
